We scoop year-round, weather permitting. Heavy snow can hide waste and make a yard unsafe to work in, so those visits may need to be rescheduled — we'll always let you know. Just keep the path to your gate clear for us. Spring is our busiest season for a reason: a winter's worth of buildup appears the week the snow melts, so book early.
Yes, please. Even the friendliest dog can get protective of its yard around someone new, and it lets us work faster and more thoroughly. If that's not possible on a given day, just let us know ahead of time and we'll work around it.
